The Society of Women Engineers Boston Professional Section presents

The Transition® and the transition: from impossible to practical

Sponsored by:

This event is SOLD OUT. Please email swebos@sweboston.org to be added to the waiting list.

"Impossible should be removed from the dictionary", according to Anna Dietrich's philosophy. She and her husband Carl are founders of Terrafugia and developers of the Transition®. The Transition is a road able, light, sport aircraft, or in simple words a flying car. Anna will talk about the successes and challenges of their work, and how as she writes in a letter to her young self who wanted to create flying machines since kindergarten, it's that process of discovery and creation that makes life so magical.
